He was predeceased by : his parents, John Springman and Sue Anne Springman (Huber); his wife JoEllen Springman (Wright); and his sister Drenda Copple. He is survived by : his sons, Jay L. Springman, Jr. of Greenfield and Jarod Springman (Amy Marie) of Danville; his grandchildren, Kyra Jade Springman, Kielee Crews Springman and Parker Allen Springman; and his siblings, Adam Huber of Rushville, Johnny Springman (Tammy) of Carthage, Tina Drew (Phil) of Indianapolis and Deborah Buonfante of Indianapolis.

Memorial contributions may be made to Rushville Phoenix Lodge #62 F&AM.
