He was predeceased by : his father Russell Taylor; and his brothers, Donald and Joseph Taylor. He is survived by : his mother Josephine Taylor (Ralstin); his wife Debra "Annette" Taylor (Walters); his children, Keith Taylor, Josephine McKenzie (Derrick) of Milan and Jana Ball (Matthew) of Everton; his siblings, Robert Taylor and Brenda Taylor; and his grandchildren, Bryson Ball, Carolina Ball, Kevin McKenzie and Aiden McKenzie.

Memorial contributions may be made to Chapel Missionary Baptist Church in memory of Jeff.
