He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry C. Leisure and Esther Geise Leisure; his grandson Marcus Bostic; and his brother John. He is survived by: his wife Rita Rider; his grandchildren, Quinn Leisure, Shelby Jarvis, Alex Jarvis, Brett Leisure and Brooke Leisure; his sister Jane Hallgarth (Robert); his close friends, Bill and Judy Muir; and his pet Molly. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to Southside Church of Christ, the Rush County Community Assistance Food Pantry, or a charity of the donor's choosing.
