Pat Combs Obituary

She was predeceased by: her parents, Willy Dean and Annabel Dean Ashcraft (Blevins); her children, David Combs and Terri Tanner (Combs); her granddaughter Brook Tanner; and her siblings, Betty Foster (Bob) and Charles "Wayne" Dean (Marie).
She is survived by: her husband Carlo Combs of Rushville; her children, Michael Combs (Kerri) of Shelbyville, Jeanie Sullivan of Greenwood, Melissa Spires of Greenwood and Sherry Kordish of San Antonio, TX.; and her sister Margarette Dye of Laurel. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
