He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Kendall and Ola Jean Kendall (Shepherd); and his brother Ricky Allen Kendall. He is survived by : his children, John Kendall (Eric) of New Albany, Rachel Duby (Bryan) of Greencastle and Victoria Burkett (David) of Versailles; his sister Pam Kendall (Stephanie) of Las Vegas; and his grandchildren, Lydia Duby, Ben Duby, Joel Duby, Jeremiah Burkett and Leah Burkett.
