He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Shadley and Deeann Shadley (Mahoney); and his sister Joni Shadley. He is survived by: his children, Nicholas Shadley (Desiree) of Greenwood, Erin Juarez (Juan) and RJ Shadley of Indianapolis; his sister Marcy Kingery of Newton, Iowa; and his grandchildren, Kiara, Aubrey, Makya, Dominick, Jasiel, Christian and Adiela.
