She was predeceased by : her father Gaylord Penn. She is survived by : her husband Butch; her mother Mary Ellen Carpenter (Penn); her children, Jason Bowling, Jordan Worley of New York, Cale Worley of Rushville, Christie Kay (Terrill) and Leah Herbert of Arlington; and her siblings, Brad Penn (Debbie) of Iowa and Debbie Newman (Mike) of Georgia. She is also survived by her 14 grandchildren.
