With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Robert W. Wire (Rushville, Indiana), born in Birmingham, Alabama, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert S. Wire and Aileen Weaver Wire. He is survived by : his wife Joyce Kemple Wire; his daughter Elisabeth; his brothers, Michael Wire of Carmel and Patrick Wire (Sara) of Indianapolis; his stepsister Lydia Bogemann (Don) of Greenfield; his cousin Loren Wire (Liz) of Columbus; his brothers-in-law, Michael Kemple (Rita) of Shelbyville, Joseph and Richard Kemple (Noreen) of Rush County; and his family, Miss Bossy, Pluto and Jupiter. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Moster Mortuary (334 N Main St, Rushville, IN 46173). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
