He is survived by: his wife Carol Jacobs (Alling); his children, Jeffrey Jacobs (Tracey) of Connersville, Scott Jacobs of Rushville, Adam Jacobs (Andrea) of Manilla, Shelley Jacobs (Rebecca Murphy) of New Castle and Angela Weaver (Kenny) of Spiceland; and his siblings, Donnie Jacobs, Opal Beard of Rushville, Nita Moore (Ralph) and Christine Shelton of Rushville. He is also survived by his 8 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
