He is survived by: his wife Laura Clifford Seufert; his daughter Cathy Seufert of Rushville; his pet Mabel Irene; and his brother Cletus E. Seufert (Mary) of Lawrenceburg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to The American Cancer Society.
