He was predeceased by: his father Michael J. Perez. He is survived by: his mother Amy D. Locchetta (Garlitch); his children, Keiley Perez and Kingston Perez; his siblings, Brittany Johnson, Heather Clark, Andrew Locchetta and Tyler Perez; his grandmother Diana Garlitch; and his aunts, Kelly Mcgee and Christine Layman.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Todd Funeral Centre & Crematory (1600 IN-3, Rushville, IN 46173). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
