He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Grizzel and Myrtle Hall Grizzel; his wife Mary Grizzel of Metamora, Indiana.; and his sisters, Betty Friend, Jewell Wilson, Faye Thornsbury and Romana Hope Grizzel.
He is survived by: his sister Hazel Overton of Indianapolis; and his niece Joann Thurman of Indianapolis. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Robbins Funeral Home (1704 N Grand Ave, Connersville, IN 47331). The military honors will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children Hospital.
