He is survived by: his wife Sue Kempf; his children, Scott Kempf (Jackie), Michelle VanWye (Joe) of Ashley, IN, Terry Kempf, Kris Gutgsell (Bret) of Schnellville, IN, Todd Kempf (Cynthia) and Kurt Kempf; his siblings, Stella Hart of Louisville, KY, Ellie Hammond (Bob) of Indianapolis, IN, Bernie Elslager of Greenwood, IN and Eugene Kempf of Jasper, IN; and his sister-in-law Verna Kempf of Greenfield, IN. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren.
