He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Velligan (Terry), Cheryl Krupa (Tony), Kenneth Velligan (late Laura) and Dawn Allen; and his brother Robert Velligan. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren.
