She is survived by: her children, Mitzi Johnston (Bill), Nick Jr. Chalos (Donna) and Michael Chalos (Carey); her grandchildren, TJ, William, Nick III, Brady, Joseph, James, Michael Jr. and Wyatt; her great grandchildren, Alexis, Aralyn, Nathan, Logan, Nick IV and Nicole; and her sister Julie Gergash.
