She was predeceased by: her husband Edward; her parents, Richard Oppenhuis and Grace Oppenhuis; and her sister Barb Leach. She is survived by: her children, Tami Wells (Anthony), Brian Wortel (Connie) and Scott Wortel; her granddaughters, Allison Pate (Mike), Ashley and Olivia Wortel; her great grandchild Blake Pate; and her sister Janell Moser. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
