It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel D. Fieldhouse of Saint John, Indiana, born in Hammond, Indiana, who passed away on November 18, 2022, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by : his wife Lisa; his children, Chase (Myranda), Riley, Greyson, Kaden Fieldhouse and Peyton Fieldhouse; his granddaughter Raelyn Fieldhouse; his siblings, Kathi Chenoweth (Mark), Shari Mybeck (Kevin), Ed and Mike Fieldhouse; his brothers-in-law, Mike (Alicia) and Greg Mleczko; and his mother-in-law Jan O'Neill.
