She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Howarth and Alice Howarth; and her husband John William Allen Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Leslie Diane Koch (David) and Mark Scott Allen (Sherry); her grandson Anthony David Koch; and her brother Bill Howarth (Debbie). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
