He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Schumann and Helen Schumann (Helfen); his son Johnny; and his brother Robert "Bob" Schumann. He is survived by: his wife Catherine (Kay); his sisters, Marilyn Stein and Gayelyn Hengel (Ray); his grandchildren, Margaret "Peg" Ippolito (Peter), Pam Schumann, Lisa Gialamas (John), Brian Schumann (Karen), Scott Schumann (Jennifer), Lynette Zielinski (Chris), Paul Schumann (Nicole), Sandy Gausselin (Don), Cathy Zahn (Jeremy) and Bridget Pollard (Tim); and his great grandchildren, Tori, Morgan, Matthew, Alyssa, Madeline, Ellie, Marisa, Sophie, Cameron, Abbie, Kendall, Nate, Taylor, Gwen, Grantham, Gavin, Isabella, Claire, Carter, Emily, Hudson, Lucy, Parker, Conrad, Charlie of Bennett, CC, George and Thomas. He is also survived by 28 grandchildren.
