He is survived by: his wife Sandra K. Blake; his children, Scott Blake (Debbie) and Dawn Beaty (Dwight); his grandchildren, Jeremy Blake (Kimberly), Trisha Beaty, Tracy Williamson (Mark) and Ashley Casey (Brandon); and his great grandchildren, Landon, Maddy, Clayton, Janeyiah, Courtney and Zachory.
