With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jeanette Jacqueline Lucente of Saint John, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 19, 2025 at the age of 94. She was predeceased by: her former husband Anthony Raymond Lucente; her parents, Ralph Demers and Rose Demers; her son Mark Lucente; and her siblings, Pauline Nolan, Robert Demers and Lorraine Timko.
She is survived by: her sister Maryrose Albert (Marcel Albert); her children, Loretta (Gerald Bromley), Patricia (Lawrence Ruff), Steven Lucente (Susan), Stella (William Barrett) and Francis Lucente (Jeanette); and her grandchildren, Christine, Stephanie, Michelle, Ashley, Brianne, Mark, Patrick, Angelo, Cecilia and Maura. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Chapel Lawn Funeral Home (8178 S Cline Ave, Crown Point, IN 46307). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made in her memory to the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation, the American Fibromyalgia Syndrome Association, or the Cerebral Palsy Foundation.
