He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Kukla and Jane Kukla; and his brothers, Walter Kukla (Jacqueline) and Robert Kukla (Rita). He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Rouse (Benjamen) and Jillian Faulkner; his grandchildren, Grace, Jackson and Abigail; his brothers, Ronald Kukla and James Kukla (Joni); Rosanne Petrungaro. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
Honoring his legacy, donations may be given to this organization in lieu of flowers in Kenny's name.
