With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Phyllis D. Elo of Saint John, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 8, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband John B. Elo; her daughter Karen; her grandson Benjamin Elo; and her brother Raymond Zencka (late Carol). She is survived by: her sons, John R. Elo (Rae), Philip Elo (Lori), Brian Elo (Melanie) and Timothy Elo (Lisa); her grandchildren, Melanie Pieper (Mike), Daniel Broholm (Nicole), Charlotte, Abigail, Jack, Grace, Darby, Nolan and Cordelia Elo; her great grandchildren, Lucy and Max Pieper; and her sisters, Marsha Troyer and Cynthia Ellis.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital https://www.stjude.org.
