We are sad to announce that on January 23, 2021, at the age of 55, Renee M. Hladek of Saint John, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Raymond Hladek and Marlene Hladek. She is survived by : her siblings, Carol Plesha (late Jim) and Raymond Hladek (Sonia); her nephews, Nicholas, David and Joseph Hladek; and her niece Danielle. She is also survived by many cousins, aunts, uncles and extended family.

In lieu of flowers, contributions to St. John or Cedar Lake Lions Club in her memory would be appreciated.
