He was predeceased by: his wife Billie Rae; and his grandson Tony. He is survived by: his children, Michelle Wagner (Mark), Kelleen Brydon (Patrick), Scott Stokes (Kim) and Suzanne Knudsen (Paul); his grandchildren, Amanda (Tim), Ashley (Ryan), Tyler, Molly, William, Alexander and Jack; his great grandchildren, Wyatt, Hailey, James, Cody, Timothy, Dean and Johnathan; and his brother James Stokes (late Bev).

In lieu of flowers, donations to a Veteran charity of your choice would be appreciated.
