He is survived by: his mother Miriam Valeta Sullivan (Jones) of Tipton, Indiana; his children, Cory Sullivan (Nhu) of Westfield and Andrea Sullivan (Tim Baker) of St. Paul; his siblings, Kathy Zimmerman (Dennis) of Kokomo, Randy Sullivan (Michelle) of Kokomo and Steve Sullivan (Diane) of Kokomo; his grandchildren, Peyton Sullivan of Westfield and Spencer Sullivan of Westfield; and his sister-in-law Susan Sullivan of Shelbyville.
