It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara S Noel of Salem, Indiana, born in Orleans, Indiana, who passed away on November 4, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, William Clay Hackney and Imelda Cooney Hackney; and her brothers, Clifton Hackney, James Hackney, Ronald Hackney and Keith Hackney.

She is survived by : her children, Jeffrey Medlock (Rhonda) of Salem, Victoria Medlock of Salem and Kristin Lashbrooks of Salem; her sister Wilma Jarvis of Salem; and her grandchildren, Mallory Quinlin, Justin Beavers (Aolani), Terra Maudlin (Nathan), Haley Chastain (Evan), Jake Lashbrooks (Simone) and Levi Medlock (Courtney). She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
