We are sad to announce that, on January 20, 2026, at the age of 96, Betty Ruth Menear of Salem, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Perdiew and Edith Perdiew (Lawyer); and her husband Harry "Bud" Menear. She is survived by: her daughter Diane Tye (Joe Tye); her granddaughters, Jennifer Ford (James) and Courtney Royko (Josh); and her close friend Bob Strange. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Claysville Cemetery Fund.
