He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" Pelfrey and Edith Fern Pelfrey (Reffitt); and his brothers, William Mural Pelfrey, Winton Pelfrey and Lynn Allen Pelfrey.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Pelfrey (Sutton); his children, Miranda Pelfrey (Daniel Silverthorn), Jessica Greeninger and Kala Pelfrey; his siblings, Harold Pelfrey, Pauline Thacker and Juanita Fleenor (Jerry); and his grandchildren, Kristin England (Dylan), Alexis Booth, Hayley Greeninger, Kyle Greeninger, Jessica Walters and Robin Walters. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
