He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Moore and Clara Ann Moore (Purkhiser); and his sister Suzanne Bunal (Moore). He is survived by: his wife Pamela Moore (Walton); his children, Holly Winkel (Kurt) of Georgetown, Indiana, Todd Moore (Erin) of Salem, Indiana and Kelly Duncan (Dan) of Milford, Indiana.; his grandchildren, Seth Goode (Alaina), Nicholas Winkel, Jay Duncan, Madelyn Moore, Evelyn Duncan and Caris Moore; his brother Dr. Benny Moore (Kathy) of Salem, Indiana.; and his brother-in-law Mike Bunal of Dandridge.
