She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Vanlaningham and Marilyn Vanlaningham (Moore); her sons, Bret Hammond and Larry Lewis; and her brother Ricky Vanlaningham.
She is survived by: the fathers of children, Terry Hammond and Jerry "Buck" Lewis; her daughter Autumn Burkhead; and her siblings, Roy Vanlaningham (Melissa) and Brenda Brown (Steve). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and a host of cousins.
