He is survived by: his children, Johan Jessker Couch (Daisy) of Turner Station, John Denver Couch (Amanda Estabrook) of Louisville, Christopher Dale Adkins of Salem and Marion Crystal Sutton (Kim Bradley Sutton Jr.) of Pleasureville; his sisters, Geraldine Bowling (Ralph) of Sizerock, Bettie Sue Passmore of Franklin and Stephanie Hamilton of Georgia; his grandchildren, Gracie Schweitzer, Abigail Evans, Jonathan Sparrow, Harmony Couch and Tyreal Couch; and his great grandchild Sorin Nalley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
