She is survived by: her husband Johnny Blanton; her children, David Lemarr, Gregory Blanton and Kristi Blanton; her siblings, Bill Howard, Ruby, Bobbi and Deborah; and her grandchildren, Devan Boutelle, Kaylie Fourman and Karlee Hefley.
