He was predeceased by : his parents, Ernest Terhune and Dorothy Terhune (Balke); and his siblings, Patricia Terhune, Ernest "Jay" Terhune, Carl Terhune, Donald Terhune and Gerald Lee Terhune.

He is survived by : his wife Beverly Terhune (Rousey); his children, Stephanie, Kimberly and Forrest Jr.; his stepson Robert Todd Smith; his brothers, Frederick Mark, Michael Joseph and William Terhune; and his foster children, Tyler Lane Smith and Morgan Kaye Smith.

In lieu of flowers, they kindly request that donations be made to Critter for Christ Rescue and Ministry at Centra Credit Union, 1208 South Jackson Street, Salem, IN 47167, in Forrest's memory, allowing his passion for animals to live on.
