He is survived by: his wife Janice Maudlin Wallace; his daughters, Brenda Hotseller (Steve) of Knoxville and Kim Simios (John) of Chicago; his stepson Brent Collier of Salem; and his granddaughters, Jenna Simios and Rachel Schuette (Sam).
