She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard N. Nale and Gladys W. Nale (Whitman); her spouse Dale Columbus Morris; and her nephew Rodney Morris. She is survived by: her caregiver Jeremy Lee (Laura) of Salem, Indiana; her nieces, Tina Lee (Raymond) of Salem, Indiana, Paula McNally of Dubuque, Iowa, Denise Chatham of Lexington, Indiana and Dianne Ramsey of Lexington, Indiana; and her nephew Rick Morris (Carol) of Salem, Indiana..
