He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Hammond and Shirley Frances Upp Hammond; and his brother Joseph Francis "Joe" Hammond. He is survived by: his brother James Hammond of Madison, Indiana; his nephews, Courtney Carraco, Caitlyn Hammond and Deron Hammond; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Brody, Carter and Evelyn; Audrey Hammond.
