He is survived by: his daughters, Ella and Audrey Heavin (Salem); and his siblings, Jeff Heavin (Denise) of Kansas City, Joel Stanley (Debbie) of Prospect, Kentucky, Kim Barany of Springville, IN and Susan Wilkinson (Wendell) of Bedford, IN..
