He was predeceased by: his brother Bret Hammond. He is survived by: his parents, Jerry Lewis and Deborah Valaningham Lewis; his son Hayden Xavier Lewis of Martinsburg; his sister Paula Lynn Lewis of Bardstown, KY; and his aunts and uncles, Roy Vanlaningham, Suzy Hampton, Rita Lewis, Nub Lewis and Brenda Brown. He is also survived by many cousins and special friends.
