He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter B. Blevins and Margaret E. Wingler Blevins Woods; his siblings, Richard "Rick" Blevins, Victor Blevins and Vivian Gould; and his stepfather Thomas Woods.
He is survived by: his wife Mabel "Louise" Miller Blevins; his children, Chris Blevins (Lisa) of Scottsburg, Eddie Blevins (Kim) of Scottsburg, Teddy Blevins (Kamala) of Salem, Melissa Young (David) of Salem and Mindy Borden (Keith) of Scottsburg; and his siblings, James "Butch" Blevins (Sally) of Cedar Lake, Larry Blevins of Salem and Janice Valandingham (Ken) of Kingman. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, and 24 great-grandchildren.
