He is survived by : his wife Amy; his son Leo Blackburn Jr. (Megan); his grandchildren, Andrea Blackburn and Liam; and his sisters, Virginia (Elmer), Barbara (Paul) and Pauline. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
