He is survived by : his wife Janie Parrott of Salem; his daughters, Karen Borden (Larry) of Salem and Melinda Parrott of Salem; his grandsons, Nathan Borden (Amber) and Eric Borden (Sabrina); his great grandchildren, Alexander Borden and Oliver Borden; and his siblings, Bonnie Shell (Robert) of Salem and Richard Parrott (Darlene) of Mesa, Arizona..

Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 14th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, May 15th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Weathers Funeral Home (106 S Shelby St, Salem, IN 47167). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 15th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
