He is survived by: his wife Angela Fleenor; his stepdaughter Lila; his parents, Donna Carter (Mike) and Steven Fleenor (Ann); his siblings, David (Ann) and Ashley; his grandparents, Darrel and Norma; and his nephews, George, Theodore, Maddox, Huxley, Holston and Hagan.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Weathers Funeral Home (106 S Shelby St, Salem, IN 47167). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
