He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Baldwin and Spicer Baldwin; and his wife Debbie Pennington Baldwin. He is survived by: his daughters, Stacy Wallace of Salem and Melissa Monesil of Washington Indiana; his stepsons, Chris Liebert of Salem and Jonathon Liebert of Campbellsburg; and his sisters, Donna Amburn, Carol Woolridge and Karen Watts. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
