He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Roy Lee Fultz and Mary Jane Fultz (Pollock). He is survived by: his wife Kris Fultz; his daughters, Michele Ford (Mike) of Palmyra, Brandy Pollock of Salem and Kami Ervin (Matthew) of Edinburgh; his sister Judy Hedrick (Kirby) of Cora; and his grandchildren, Devan, Austin, Seth, Lakin Jerrell, John, Nathan, Sean Bacha, Lili Ervin, Evan and Oliva Newberry. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
