She is survived by: her children, Anna Anderson, Rick Hortenberry (Melita), Donald Hortenberry (Teresa), Tina Hortenberry (Kenny) and Brad Hortenberry (Patty); her sisters, Effie Cox, Louise Collins, Betty Atha and Rosie Hilbert; her grandchildren, Jamie Anderson, Tiffany Hortenberry (Brittany), Michael Cozart, Jennifer Blevins (Paul), Cherish Hortenberry, Savannah Wilkerson, Natasha Hitchcock, Kristina Hurst, Thomas Hortenberry, Devin Hortenberry and Isaac Hortenberry; and her caregiver Justine Lamb (Kristina). She is also survived by 27 great-grandchildren.
