It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Timothy Dale Fultz of Salem, Indiana, who passed away on November 27, 2023, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his father Roger Fultz. He is survived by : his mother Joyce Tompkins Fultz of Salem; his wife Anna Briscoe Fultz; his stepchildren, Brett Cornwell of San Antonio, Kasey Cornwell of Indianapolis and Miriah Zink of Salem; his brothers, Tom D. Fultz (Roxanne) of Salem and Chad E. Fultz (Pam) of Salem; and his nieces, Shekinah Lincks of Salem and Hannah Cooper of Sellersburg. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
