He is survived by: his wife Ruth Maness; his children, James Maness, Suzan Maness and Jeannie Maness; his stepchildren, Ron Walker Jr. of Salem, Clint Walker (Doug) of English, Shelia Erickson and Rhonda Laylan of Salem; and his siblings, Robert Maness of Georgetown, Reece Maness of Salem, Campbell Maness (Sue) of Salem, David Maness and Linda Brewer.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Oak Grove Cemetery.
