She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Anselm Reisz and Theresa Frances Simon Reisz; her spouse Arch Joseph Drury, Jr.; her siblings, Simon Daniel, Joseph Anselm, Paul Albert Reisz, Ann Rita Reisz Wink and Mary Catherine Reisz Thompson; and her great grandchild Evelyn Grace Laswell.
She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Ann McCarty (John) of Hawesville, KY, Samuel Reisz Drury, Sarah Lee Laswell (John), John Reisz Drury (Dianna Preece) of Louisville, KY and Ruth Helen Charles (Dale) of Taylorsville, KY.; her siblings-in-law, Eva Jean Settles Reisz of Cleveland, TN, Emily Anthonette Winterson (Rick) of Duxbury, MA, Charles Hoggard Maddrey (Claire) of Atlanta, GA and John Michael Drury (Linda) of Grand Rivers, KY.; her grandchildren, Zachary Stuart McCarty (Britney), Benjamin Simon McCarty (Samantha), Christopher Martin McCarty, Emily Colleen McCarty (Kyle Flowers), Abigail Marie Laswell, Robert Drury Laswell (Grace), Cassa Frances Drury and Arch William Drury; and her great grandchildren, Max Stuart McCarty, Stuart Camden McCarty, Camden Michael McCarty, William Harrison McCarty, Hadley Reiss McCarty, Tinsley Marie McCarty, John Hayoung Laswell (Jack), William Hajun Laswell and Cedric Michael Flowers.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A Mass was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St Nicholas Catholic Church (180 N Holiday Blvd, Santa Claus, IN 47579).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that expressions of sympathy be made in the form of donations to St. Nicholas Catholic Church Cemetery Fund.
