She was predeceased by: her parents, Clell Spurlock and Mary Ellen Spurlock (Wangler); and her brothers, James E., Loren T., Elwood, LeRoy and Gerald Spurlock.

She is survived by: her sons, Chad W. Kapp (Jennifer) of Evansville and Greg Kapp (Lynn) of Dale; her grandchildren, Michaela Dawn, Bryce Wade, Paige Lynn, Brayden Ryan Kapp and Shannon Tomey (Doug); her great grandchildren, Nate Napier and Hayden Tomey; her siblings, Mae Evelyn Cooper, Eleanor Rae Cook and Bennie E. Spurlock (family: Mary Schepers); and her nieces and nephews, Mitchell, Morgan, Madelyn, Marshall and Molly.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Heart-to-Heart Hospice.
